Toys, Books, Clothes, Wagon, DVD and more!

Kylee has definitely had a BIG and LONG CHRISTMAS week with lots and lots of new goodies. Christmas Eve she got a new rocking horse from Nanny (her great grandmother), which she loves!!! Below is a video of her opening her horse.

Kylee then got a stocking, lotion, bubble bath and chapstick from Buddy and Papa (another set of great grandparents), which she did not put down the rest of that evening or Christmas Day. That was definitely one of her favorite presents and still is! Who knew lotion, bubble bath and chapstick could keep a 15 month old occupied???

Kylee also got a new wagon from Paw Paw and GiGi which she loves as well. When it was unwrapped she really didn't show that much emotion until it was put together. Paw Paw pulled her around the garage. Sorry for it being a little dark, but you can at least hear and see a little I hope.
Christmas morning we woke up to see Santa had brought Kylee lots of new goodies. He drank all his milk and left only a little bite of cookie...he must have been really thirsty and hungry! Santa brought Kylee a car DVD player, DVD, potty seat, clothes, little people, magna doodle, bath towel, instrument set, oranges, toothbrush, bath soap, a puzzle and more. Of course I really don't think she knew what was going on, but she enjoyed pulling everything off the chair and playing with it. Christmas morning we then traveled down to China Grove to visit with Grandma & Grandpa again along with Will's brothers and their families. Kylee had a 30 minute nap all day on Christmas day, which was on the way down there so she was a little grumpy, but she hung in there for the most part. Kylee enjoyed playing and taking her cousin Keith's new trains from him. Keith loves Thomas the Trains and all Kylee wanted to do was take them off his track. Keith did well tolerating her though! We tried to get a picture with Hali, Kylee and Keith, but we could only get Hali to cooperate to look at the camera. The day after Christmas we celebrated with Grandmother Smith (another great grandmother),Maw Maw, Papa and cousin McKennna and Camden. Maw Maw and Papa got her lots of nice goodies as well...books, clothes, a coat, and more little people!

Uncle Will spoiling Camden...this is all he wanted to do that day until the time to open presents!

McKenna got a new Jeep for outside and Kylee joined in on a ride (the only ride because only a one seater and had to squish them in together) It was SO cute watching McKenna learn how to drive the Jeep! Notice how in the picture both of them have their hands on the steering wheel!

Also, the day after Christmas Sabrina came to spend a few days with Kylee. She is here with us until tomorrow and Kylee is really enjoying playing with her. I enjoy it too because Sabrina keeps an eye on her and entertained. So I already have our Christmas decorations all put away and Kylee's closet cleaned out thanks to all of Sabrina's help!!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

To start off from the beginning of the week...Kylee continued with the diarrhea and low grade fever until Monday evening. Long story short, Kylee pooped in the middle of the night and Will went into check on her before coming to bed. We changed her diaper and when we opened it up about 1/4 of the poo was RED! Totally scared both of us, so took it to the dr. and it was tested for blood. Outcome was RED GATORADE can cause RED STOOL! So thank goodness no blood in the poo. The dr. told me try her on gatorade and probiotics to get he diarrhea under control so that is what we did. And in return the gatorade caused red stool...Dr. said it was probably her tummy still healing from all the diarrhea and just some came out through her stool. Since that episode Kylee has been doing well. Below is Kylee feeding herself her probiotic yogurt. She has now started wanting to be Miss. Independent 24/7!!!

We did not get the advantage of the snow this weekend (only snowed for about 10-15 minutes on Friday at our house), but Kylee did have a few visitors this weekend who brought her lots of Christmas presents. Grandma & Grandpa Goins are here visiting as well as Grandma JJ came to visit on Friday & Saturday as well. Kylee got a lot of wonderful new clothes and toys from them! Thanks for all the wonderful presents and for the wonderful time we had together!!! Below are a few pictures of the goodies she got and Sunday morning before church.

Kylee wanted to explore more Christmas presents on Sunday morning before church. She has now learned how to pull off bows! And check out my new Sunday coat thanks to Grandma JJ!

15 Months!!!

Kylee hit her 15 month on Thursday 12/10. We went to the doctor on Friday for her well check and she is above the 97th percentile for height and weight. 29.4lbs and 33" tall. 75th percentile for head circumference. The dr. said her height is matching with her weight so not to stress about the weight, especially since she is now walking and into everything!! She wasn't able to get her shots on Friday due to her having a fever and not feeling well. She has had a fever and diarrhea off and on all weekend. Not sure what is all from whether a virus or teeth. She is now working on her 14th & 15th tooth. She has a mouthful of teethers!

Kylee went to see Disney on Ice this past Thursday. We got pretty cheap tickets so thought we would take her and see how she would do. She was GREAT and loved it!!! She pointed, ohhhh and awwed the whole time! She was too busy to look at the camera with Mommy!

Saturday Kylee figured out a new way to play with the drink and dessert special menu on our table at a restaurant. She thought it was a necklace. It was pretty cute!

Kylee has been working on drinking from an open cup during her bath time. She is doing great, until she drenched the whole cup in her face during this video.

Kylee has been having lots of fits if she does not get her way!!! Many of them happen when she is just really tired and doesn't get what she wants or has to give something up to take a bath or go to bed. Hope you enjoy the fit!!!

Kylee went to sit on Santa's lap on Friday!!! We waited for about a hour because Santa had to go for a 30 minute break to feed his reindeer. Kylee started whimpering before I even sat her on his lap.
