Sickies & Crazy Hats

Kolton had his 2nd ear infection this past week. He had a cold and just wasn't himself last weekend and into the first of the week. On Tuesday afternoon we took a trip to the Dr. and her exact words were "his ear drum is bulging with pus". He wasn't eating, sleeping or a happy baby so we knew something was up. Here was his clingy days, but was giving lots of love to Mommy that evening!
Love for Mommy

Look at all those teeth in his mouth!

Kylee has started Awana's at church and Wednesday night was crazy hat night! Here is Kylee's CRAZY hat...
Straws, hair ties, bows, ribbons, etc

She won best crazy hat girl for her class

Here they are this morning prepared for the 45 degree weather at 8:15. When we came out of church at 12:15 it was 70 degrees.

4th of July Pumpkin Hunting

Kylee is a week and a half away from finishing out her first season of T-Ball! She has done a great job of learning the ropes and here is her team and Coach Dan.

Yesterday evening we went to the pumpkin patch to find the perfect pumpkin, but let's just call it a 4th of July pumpkin hunt because we sure weren't dressed for fall weather since it was 85 degrees outside. By the way, the outfits were not planned to coordinate with red, white and blue; we just realized it after we were all dressed and ready to go. I guess we should have waited until today to go since the high was only around 60 today. Oh well, it was a great time and we found just what we went for. :-) Kolton sure was interested in everything EXCEPT the camera!

"Wow, what are these orange balls with a stick coming out of them??"

Hay maze

Off to find the pumpkin patch

Kylee's first pick was her pumpkin

Kolton's first pick for his pumpkin

Just my size

WOW, let's go get some MORE!

Mommy, do you want this Mommy Pumpkin???

Are we going to get all these???

Daddy found his Daddy pumpkin

The best picture we could get while fighting the gnats off their faces

Off we go with our pumpkins
Well, hello Mr. Donkey

"Whoa Whoa Mr. Donkey, I didn't ask you to come this close!"

In the corn maze, "Which way do we go??"

She has been asking for pumpkins for a few weeks now and she is so proud!

I think know these are two of the cutest kids in this world!!
