Merry CHRISTmas

Thursday evening we went and enjoyed the lights at Meadow! Below are a few pictures, if you missed the Santa pic check it out on FB. Everyone was smiling except Kolton who of course was screaming and fighting to escape from Santa! :-)

Can I please get out and touch these lights???

Still checking out the lights

Last night we had dinner with the Willards. (Steph keeps Kylee and Kolton during the week while we work). They are such a blessing to our family so we always take them to dinner at Christmas. Here are the kids. The didn't want to show much love to each other, but at least we got them all in the same picture.

Kylee and I made cookies this morning for Santa! Hope he enjoys M&M's on his cookies because Kylee wanted to add in that extra. I know Santa LOVES M&M's.

Kolton enjoyed playing at our feet in the kitchen while we made cookies.
That flash is too bright Mommy!

Merry CHRISTmas to all! Remember the true meaning of Christmas! Our Saviour that took on human flesh to come to this earth, live the perfect life and save us all from our sins and then to die on the cross and raise 3 days later so that we may all have eternal life with HIM!!! Forget all the hustle, bustle and stressfulness and remember what Jesus has done for YOU! Happy Birthday JESUS!!!

Road to Recovery

The Goins family had a rough week last week, but we hope we are on our way to recovery. Poor Kolton since November 12th has been a little beat up. If you remember on Veteran's Day, November 12th he got the fish hook caught in his face. Well, last week he was sick (cough/cold) and not feeling well on Monday. I stayed home with him Monday and he did not sleep well that night. I took him in to get his ears checked Tuesday morning and his breathing was a little off, but nothing stressing me out so I just decided to get his ears checked before I headed to work. Well, we left the Dr. with a diagnosis of pneumonia. I am so thankful I took him in because he got worse before he got better that day and glad we got an early start on it. After a rough Tuesday we were doing well until he decided to have a fight with Kylee's dresser on Wednesday early evening. He now has a nice little bruise on his left temple, but praying we do not have any more episodes for quite some time. From November 12th - December 12th he had a fish hook to the face, pneumonia and a nice little knocker on his forehead.

Horses, Big Shoes, Family Fun

If you didn't see the previous post from earlier today, we are having to try something new. We have reached our maximum storage space for the blog and they now charge for more space. Gonna be cheap and try to see if it works this way. Please let me know if you can't see something. You will need to click on the links that are in purple to see the pictures.

This past weekend we had a blast. Kylee got to ride on Trapper all saddled up and with Nanny leading. She did such a good job!! Earlier this year she wouldn't even touch Trapper. (Nanny & Kylee & Kylee riding Trapper

Kolton found some new shoes although just a little too big. Kolton and his boots

Saturday evening we went to Grandma and Grandpa's house to hang out with them along with Aunt Amy, Uncle Brian and cousins. It was a great time!

Sunday after church we had a little photo hour with Paw & GiGi and the dogs.

Stay tuned...

Stay tuned for a blog post...

I have reached the maximum photo storage post on the blog and they now charge for more space. Trying to see what we can do to work around this. I don't want to delete pictures because it deletes previous blogs and we want those for memories. Anyone ever had to deal with this and could give me tips???

Hope to figure this out by this evening. Sorry for the delay...

Santa

Look who we found tonight and the reactions...

Poor Santa
All Kylee was focused on was cheesing and getting the picture over as well. Not sure if Kolton scared her because once we got up there she started saying "I don't want to sit on Santa's lap." Kolton was crying before I even sat him down. Great memories!

Yea, this hat lasted about 10 minutes and was in shreds.
