MERRY CHRISTMAS & SNOW

Merry Christmas to everyone (a few days late)! Here are a few pictures from Christmas morning and Christmas day with Kylee. As you can see Kylee must have been really good to get all her goodies from Santa!

Most of us in NC have gotten snow. Here in Clayton we got about 9". Kylee doesn't really care too much for the snow and walking in it. She wanted to be carried each time we were outside. Will is at work and Kylee and I are stuck inside the next few days until the roads clear. This is what we woke up to on Sunday morning.

Late again....

2 days late on the blogpost....Was a very busy weekend and Monday evening so just now getting to the blog today! As you can see Kylee got spoiled this weekend!!!

We had Grandma & Grandpa Goins, Grandma JJ, Aunt Amy, Uncle Brian, Cousin Keith and Hali all here this weekend to celebrate Christmas. Enjoy all the pictures! They are all great pictures, but especially love the first one of the cousins, Hali, Keith and Kylee!!

Visits to Santa

One evening last week Kylee had her FIRST taste of Hot Chocolate....so here we are after drinking hot chocolate and playing peek a boo!!!

On Saturday we went and had Christmas pictures made, visited our good friends Shannon & Drew who will be parents very soon...Due 1/1/11! We then made our way to see this JOLLY OL'MAN!!!!

Kylee's visit with Santa on Saturday at the mall! We learned a lesson to NEVER go see Santa on a Saturday again! We waited in line for a hour. We were up that way so we said we would go ahead. The past two years we have always gone during the week and never waited very long. We learned our lesson this year and will go back to our weekday visits again next year! Here was what she got if she sat on Santa's lap without crying! We never sad not frowning...

Friday night we went to Meadow Christmas Lights. They had a very delightful Santa and the kids were so happy to see him as you can see! This is one priceless picture we will never forget! It broke my heart to put Kylee on his lap because she was clinging onto me for dear life, but the after picture paid for the minute of torture. Camden and McKenna's faces are priceless as well! Camden lost it we think because Kylee had a major meltdown.

Here we are at the Meadow Lights after the terrifying Santa. We were going on a train ride and Kylee had sucker mouth!
Going for a ride on the carousel...Kylee likes to ride on the bench but not the "horsies". After the ride though she was asking for "horsies" again, but probably meant just bench!
The girls after our BIG extravaganza in the Meadow Candy Store. Daddy and Uncle Brother had a ball in here racking up on candy!!!

Christmas Parade

This past week Kylee got lots of attention from Grandparents. Maw Maw was here on Tuesday. Paw Paw & GiGi Wednesday & Thursday. Then Maw Maw again on Friday & Saturday morning! She was liking all that attention from them! On Friday night while Maw Maw was here Mommy & Daddy had a date night to dinner and a movie! We went to see The Next Three Days. It was a pretty good movie, plus we got 2 drinks and 2 popcorns for 4 bucks so that was a treat when it usually cost just as much as the movie to get a drink and popcorn!

Saturday morning we went to the Garner Lions Club pancake breakfast then the Garner Christmas Parade! It was a little cold, but a lot of fun. Kylee, McKenna & Camden also spotted someone they had been looking for!!!
